Money Matters

College Oak Montessori School provides a top-quality program with highly qualified and experienced teachers.

Tuition rates are based on expenses to operate our non-profit program for the academic year and are set by our Board of Directors. Please download the Tuition Schedule for details. Note that tuition is for a 38-week school year and does not include major holidays, breaks or summer school, nor are we able to accommodate make-up days. Extended care is available for an additional fee.

Summer School

Picnic lunches outside, harvesting kale from the garden, exploring the nature trail and other fun activities make summer school special. Classroom explorations continue as the days of summer bring continued social and emotional learning. Summer school tuition due in two installments.

Extended Care

After-school care is available for currently enrolled students. The Willow and Mulberry classrooms’ after care ends at 5:00pm. The Maple and Sequoia classrooms’ after care ends at 5:30pm.

Before school care begins at 8:00 am. (Summer sessions morning care TBD)

There is no charge for aftercare during parent-teacher conferences.

Billing & Payment

COMS has contracted with Curacubby to manage electronic check-in / check-out, billing and payments. Through their Curacubby accounts, parents can view contact information, their child’s attendance, a history of charges and make EFT or credit card payments. Cash and checks can be dropped off at the school. The user is responsible for credit card and debit card fees.
